Gallagher Literary is currently accepting unsolicited submissions from screenwriters seeking a literary agent or literary manager. This pitch form is the only way we consider new scripts for representation.
We welcome submissions from writers at all stages. Please share your completed screenplay or pilot with us through the form below. (we are accepting completed screenplays, pilots, and books with theatrical potential).
NO OTHER WAY OF PITCHING IS ACCEPTED -- this form allows us to quickly and fairly analyze pitches in a uniform format.

(known as a "captcha" to eliminate robotic spam).
Because we get a dozen pitches per day, we only reply to those pitches that we are interested in.
We do read all pitches within a week, depending on the priorities that week.
If I like your pitch, I will contact you directly and request a PDF of your script along with a signed copy of our producer agreement.
Without a producer agreement attached, scripts sent to us are deleted.
We take on very few select scripts and must feel strongly about the concept and writing.
Please do not call or email to ask if we received or read your pitch.
If you have not heard from us in a week it's safe to assume it was not something we are interested in.
